Our Background
At Lawsons Surveying we are a family run chartered building surveying practice, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

We began Lawsons Surveying to ensure clients would have the personal touch and attention to detail their project requires, we ensure this by having a Chartered Surveyor involved throughout the process.

Our passion is to provide 'the detail in the survey' and form lasting relationships with our clients.

We strive on providing an exceptional quality service which begins and ends with experienced and friendly professionals.

Who We Are & Our Ambition
Director - Danny Lawson
After practicing as a surveyor for over 10 years I have gained the experience and knowledge in both small and large organisations, now being fully qualified and chartered for 5 years we are now embarking on our new adventure of running our own practice, aligned to our goals and aspirations whilst also putting our own stamp on surveying buildings.

I have a young family who I adore and gives me a personal reason to strive and excel to reach my ambitions and prove to them that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and believe in yourself.
​
Our family also consists of a young boxer dog which we regularly enjoy going for long walks, while she is causing chaos in muddy puddles and having the odd pooch ice cream.
​
Our Ambition: To provide a personal approach to surveying, putting the client at the heart of what we do whilst upholding standards in the profession in order to safeguard the public interest.
​
Our long-term objective is to assist University Students to cross over into the professional world and give vital experience to allow understanding of the profession and employment.
​
Charities - We also aim to give back by raising funds for charities and participating in charity events, we aim to be involved in at least one main charity event every year. Our most recent being Mind - RUNR raising money to aid mental health and soon to be raising funds via the BHF London to Brighton bike ride for the British Heart Foundation.
